   You probably know how much plastic wrapping ends up in the ocean. WikiCell is trying to change that. Invented by Harvard University scientist David Edwards, it's a tasty replacement. It's like a peel around an orange, except it's made of food particles and protects the liquid or food inside. Eat the food, then eat the wrapping!
