EXTINCT FILES: DODO BIRD
Dodo bird skeleton Scientific Name: Raphus Cucullatus
The dodo bird has been extinct for about 400 years. It went extinct around 1609. The dodo disappeared off earth so very fast, that it has become the poster bird for extinction. This unfortunate bird holds important lessons for endangered animals that are just barely avoiding extinction in the present day, such as the South China Tiger.
What 'South China Tiger'?
We'll post that later.
Okay!
How can we know what animals may join the Raphus Cucullatus?
EXTINCT IS FOREVER!
